WRFA-LP is staffed by one full time employee, General Manager Dennis Drew, and one part-time consultant, Steve Shulman. Drew has been the keyboard player in the band 10,000 Maniacs since 1981. He has also played with The Mighty Wallop!, where he co-wrote much of the band's material, played keyboards, and had lead and harmony vocal duties.
